4160_Site visit, Poured Wigwalls
Arrived to site, contractor was ready to pour all four wingwalls. I checked all rebar and form placement. Concrete arrived at 1:02, I tested the concrete and they placed concrete. I took cylinders.

4160_Site visit, Poured Bent 1 Cap
Contractor had the forms and rebar in place, I checked both. Concrete arrived and I checked Air:7.5%, Slump: 4.1/2", Temp: 64. Pour went good and I made 3 Cylinders.
4160_Texas Co Bridge Bent 2 Cap Pour
Contractor was finishing up Forms and bracing when i arrived. I check forms and rebar placement. Concrete arrived and I checked for Air: 7.5%, Slump: 41/4" and Temp: 72
4160_Site visit, Pile driving Day 2
Contractor had to weld on to piling on bent 2 before driving Contractor finished welding and we drove the piling to refusal. contractor started cutting off.
4160_Site visit, Pile Driving Day 1
Onsite today to drive piling on Bents 1 & 2, Contractor has layed out both Bents Crane is setup and ready to start driving. Pile are driving odd, three out of four on Bent 1 hit refusal around 12'-14' but pile 1 has drove to 27' and still going. contractor has had to order pile to finish it. Bent 2 pile are driving deeper than plan but pile 5 only drove to 13', the rest have drove to 22', 28', and 44'
4160_First Day Visit
Contractor was Mobing in to site, they had installed traffic control and had some equipment onsite. meet with County and MoDOT to go over Job book. Meeting went well. Contractor had Job Board up and in compliance Signs where in place Surveyor was on route and will be staking RW & TCE so contractor can start clearing.
